We are confident in the quality and durability of GeoDomeX, which is why we offer a 5-year replacement part warranty. This means that if any part of your GeoDomeX kit becomes damaged or faulty due to manufacturing defects within 5 years of your purchase date, we will replace the part at no cost to you.

GeoDomeX warrants that its products are free from defects in parts and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase. This warranty covers only defective parts or faulty materials and workmanship, and any damage to the product during shipping to the customer.

This warranty is subject to certain limitations and exclusions. It does not cover:

• Cosmetic Damage or Natural Ageing: This includes the natural yellowing of panels over time, despite UV protective coating. This is a normal occurrence and not a defect, and can be lessened with regular cleaning and maintenance.
• Damage caused by Weather: Our products are robust, but damage caused by wind or other weather conditions is not covered.
• Improper Assembly or Installation: This includes damage due to failure to correctly anchor the dome using our recommended methods.
• Accidental Damage and Wear and Tear: This covers any damage arising from everyday use or accidents, as well as damage resulting from commercial use.
• Damage from Natural Disasters, Misuse, or Negligence: We cannot cover damage resulting from events beyond our control or from not using the product as intended.
• Altered or Customised Products: Any GeoDomeX product that has been modified or customised beyond its standard specifications is not covered.
• Use Beyond Standard Parameters: Damage resulting from using GeoDomeX products in ways not intended or recommended by us is not covered under this warranty.

We recommend adhering to our care and maintenance guidelines to preserve the longevity and aesthetic appeal of your GeoDomeX product.

GeoDomeX does not cover any damage or loss arising from commercial use of the product. Commercial use is defined as any use of the product for financial gain, including but not limited to use in a rental or hospitality setting.

Claims for defects or damage must be made within thirty (30) days of discovery. Claims made outside of this period will be subject to GeoDomeX's discretion. You should check all pieces for damage before submitting your part request as any additional parts you request within 30 days of submission may be subject to additional shipping and handling charges at the discretion of GeoDomeX.

To claim the replacement, the customer must contact customer support or fill out a replacement part warranty request. The customer must provide proof of purchase and/or order number, and may be asked to provide photo evidence to support their claim.

GeoDomeX offers free replacement parts for any defects or faults covered under the warranty. However, if the replacement falls outside of the warranty coverage, the customer can still purchase replacement parts but will be responsible for the cost of part replacement, shipping, and handling.

GeoDomeX reserves the right to refuse any warranty claim based on its sole discretion, and take necessary actions to safeguard against abuse of the warranty program, which may include prohibiting the customer from making future claims, or terminating the warranty altogether.

If any part of this warranty is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts shall remain in full force and effect.

This warranty is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

This warranty constitutes the entire agreement between the customer and GeoDomeX regarding the products, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between the customer and GeoDomeX.
