Is GeoDomeX included in the price?
No, a GeoDomeX purchase is required separately. Our Assembly Service involves the professional assembly of your GeoDomeX from its individual components to a complete standing structure.
What date will my assembly be?
After you book, we will get in touch to agree a suitable date with you - standard service is typically completed within 14 working days from order. Once agreed, your date stays flexible: you can reschedule free of charge with 48 hours' notice or more. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice carry the full assembly charge and are not refundable, including cancellations after the team's arrival on site.
Does it include anchoring the dome?
Our Assembly Service includes anchoring the dome to the ground. However, please note that it is important for the customer to check for any underground media such as water pipes and cables before assembly begins.
Will I need to be present during installation?
You will need to be available to greet our installers and identify the exact installation location. After that, as long as our installers have access, you do not need to be present for the rest of the assembly. We do ask that you are available at the end of the build for a final inspection and sign-off, so you can check you are completely happy before the team leaves.
Will I need to provide anything?
Our installers will bring everything they need for assembly including your GeoDomeX order, ensuring a smooth installation. You won't need to provide anything for installation.
Discount for multiple dome installations?
We may be able to offer a discount if you are purchasing the assembly service for more than 10 domes. Please contact our support team for more information.
Please note that a pre-prepared solid level base (concrete, decking, or slabs) is required before assembly. Site preparation and creating a level install surface is not included. Assembly is provided by a trusted third-party team. It is the customer's responsibility to check for underground media such as water pipes and cables before assembly begins.
